Stelcor Piles

The stelcor pile is a deep foundation drilled in displacement pile. The pile consists of a heavy pipe core with a reverse flight and displacement plate at the tip. The core is installed through a pool of fluid grout using rotary methods. The reverse flighting draws the grout downward during the installation process and produces a continuous grouted column. These piles can achieve design loads of up to 250 ton. The installation of this pile type produces no spoils and no vibrations. This pile type can be used for new construction as well as existing construction.
